Nsromapa

How it works

Everything, before you agree to anything.

A Nsromapa plan is hire purchase: you use the device from day one and own it outright at the end. Here is every step, every cost, and every consequence — written down in public.

Start to finish

Four steps. No surprises in any of them.

  1. 01

    We check you, quickly

Bring your Ghana Card to a partner shop. We verify it, take a photo, and run our own affordability check. Most decisions land in under ten minutes — and a 'no' today is often a 'yes' on a smaller device.

  2. 02

You see the whole cost, in writing

Before anything is signed, you get a written disclosure: the cash price, the total you'll pay, the deposit, the instalment amount, how often it falls due, how many there are, and what happens if you fall behind. You acknowledge it with a code sent to your own phone — so nobody can agree on your behalf.

  3. 03

You walk out with the device

Pay the deposit, we set the device up, and it's yours to use. A management profile stays installed for the life of the plan — that's what lets us finance you without collateral, and it comes off for good when you finish.

  4. 04

You pay on your schedule, and then it's yours

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly — whichever matches how you get paid. Pay from the app in seconds, or in cash at any partner shop. When the final payment clears, ownership transfers to you automatically, the profile is removed, and you keep a repayment record that unlocks better terms next time.

What you pay

Pick the rhythm that fits.

The same money, split to match how you get paid. We don't publish a total here on purpose — your deposit and term are agreed with you at the counter, and the full figure is written into your disclosure before you sign anything.

We quote per person, not per price list — your deposit and instalment depend on the device and on what you can comfortably manage. Tell us what you're after and we'll give you the real numbers.

If you fall behind

Nothing happens without warning.

Life happens. Missing one payment is not a crisis, and we don't treat it like one — you build up a bank of grace days by paying on time, and you spend from it when you can't. What follows is a ladder, and every rung is reversible the instant you pay.

  1. Before it's due

    We remind you

A message a few days ahead, and again the day before. Nothing has happened to your phone and nothing is going to.

  2. A little behind

    Some apps go quiet

Entertainment and social apps are hidden. Calls, messages, your bank, and the Nsromapa app keep working. Pay and everything is back within seconds.

  3. Further behind

    Essentials only

The phone narrows to the things you genuinely need — calling, messaging, and paying us. We'll also try to reach you directly, because at this point we'd rather rework your plan than restrict it.

  4. Well past due

    The device locks

It stops being usable until the arrears are cleared. Emergency calls always work — that's never disabled. The lock lifts automatically the moment your payment clears.

If you know a hard week is coming, tell us before it lands. We can extend a due date or rework the schedule — but only while the plan is in good standing. The exact timings for your plan are set out in your written agreement.

Talk to us early

The finish line

Week 52, it's completely yours.

Ownership transfers automatically — you don't have to ask, apply, or pay a transfer fee. The management profile is removed, the device leaves our system, and you keep a clean repayment record you can borrow against again.
