A real one, in Ghana, who can see your plan.

Already on a plan? Your balance, payment history, receipts and full written terms are always in the Nsromapa app. You don't need a password — it recognises your device.

Questions

The ones people ask.

  • No. You need a Ghana Card and a phone number you actually use. Payments come from mobile money or a card, and you can also pay cash at any partner shop.

  • No. The device itself is the security — that's why it remains our property until the plan is paid off, and why the deposit can stay small.

  • We verify your Ghana Card, confirm your identity, and run our own affordability assessment. With your consent we may also check a credit bureau. We tell you the outcome the same day.

  • We finance both new and certified refurbished devices, and we always tell you which one you're getting before you agree. The grade is written on your disclosure.

  • Yes, at any time, and it always saves you money. Ask for a settlement figure on WhatsApp or in the app — there's no penalty and no fee for asking.

  • Tell us before you miss a payment. While your plan is in good standing we can extend a due date or rework your schedule. We would much rather adjust a plan than restrict a phone.

  • A device management profile. It lets us apply the restrictions described in your agreement if the plan falls into arrears, and it's what makes financing without collateral possible. It's removed permanently when you finish paying.

  • No. The profile can restrict apps and lock the device; it does not give us access to your messages, photos, calls or accounts. It does report the device's location while the plan runs — that's stated in your agreement and it stops when the plan ends.

  • Tell us immediately and report it to the police. We can lock the device so it's worthless to whoever has it. Your plan doesn't disappear, but talk to us — how we handle the balance depends on the circumstances.

  • When your final payment clears — typically at week 52, or sooner if you settle early. Ownership transfers automatically, the profile is removed, and nothing further is owed.
